William Angliss Instituteは調理・ツーリズム・イベント・ホスピタリティに特化した、オーストラリアを代表するTAFE(専門学校)です。60か国から留学生が来ており、国際色豊かな学校です。1940年に設立され、80年の歴史を有する州立の職業訓練専門学校です。メルボルンの中心地に大きなメインキャンパスがあります。調理室・ホテルルーム・航空機座席などの充実した設備に加えて、学生が研修可能なレストランが併設されており、座学のみならず実践的なトレーニングが行われています。キャンパス内にはレストランもあり実際にお客様を招いての実践も行われています。
